None. The smaller tier gets every single feature — breakfast management, compliance tracking, smart pricing, financial reports, review management, everything. The larger tier is identical except it supports 6 or more rooms and includes priority support.

Both give you all 96 features and the full 7-day trial. Annual is the better deal: you pay for 10 months and get 12, so you save £72/year on Small (£348 vs £420) and £121/year on Large (£599 vs £720). Monthly is there if you'd rather spread the cost — start monthly and switch to annual whenever you like.

If you subscribe, everything you set up during the trial carries over — rooms, bookings, guests, all of it. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused. We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind.

Yes. Channex.io integration is included at both tiers — sync your rates and availability with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and 50+ other platforms. No extra cost. The channel manager connects when your first payment is made (not during the free trial, to avoid unnecessary API costs).

If you add a sixth room, just move to the Large tier — same features, supports 6+ rooms. And if you grow into a hotel with departments and staff, Prisma Hotel Platform starts at £99/month with ten purpose-built apps. Your data can be migrated.

No setup fees, no contracts, no hidden charges. Stripe payment processing (for taking guest payments) has its own fees (1.4% + 20p per transaction) charged directly by Stripe — that's the only additional cost.
